What MWISH does

MWISH lets you create a trip board, share a link, and collect item requests. The trip data lives in a Google Sheet in your own Drive. We provide the interface, the customs and weight checks, and the dashboard meters.

Your account

You sign in with Google or with a magic link sent to your email. You're responsible for keeping access to your email and Google account secure. Don't share your sign-in. If you spot suspicious activity on your trip board, email Mono.

What you can use MWISH for

Use it for what it's built for — collecting personal travel item-requests from people you actually know. Please don't:

• Use MWISH to facilitate the smuggling of restricted, prohibited, or illegal goods.
• Submit fake or impersonating requests, or attempt to flood other people's boards.
• Reverse-engineer the service, abuse the AI screening, or attempt to evade Turnstile.
• Resell, white-label, or commercialize MWISH without permission.

We may suspend or remove accounts and trips that violate these terms.

Customs and regulation guidance — important

The customs flags, declaration hints, and item screening shown on MWISH are advisory only. They're generated automatically and can be wrong, out of date, or miss country-specific exceptions.

Just guidance — not legal advice. Rules change, and we can be wrong. The traveler carries at their own risk.

Always check the official customs and import/export rules of the countries you're traveling between before flying. The traveler is the only person who can be held responsible at the border.

Service availability

MWISH is offered on a best-effort basis, free of charge, with no uptime guarantees. We may pause, change, or discontinue the service at any time. If we shut down, we'll give trip owners reasonable notice so you can export your data — though your trip data already lives in your own Google Sheet, so you don't lose anything either way.

Your data

Trip content is stored in your own Google Sheet — you own and control it. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture of what MWISH stores, where, and for how long.

Limitation of liability

MWISH is provided "as is" with no warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Mono and MWISH are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to customs penalties, confiscated goods, missed deliveries, lost data, or third-party service outages.

Termination

You can stop using MWISH and delete your trips at any time (Settings → Danger Zone). To delete your full account, email Mono. We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The effective date at the top will change. For material changes we'll notify trip owners by email at the address on file.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
